Also, if you have reputation management and a created campaign, you can add contacts with a QR Code. All you have to do is open the mobile app, tap on Reviews, and isntead of tapping on "Add Contact", tap the QR code icon on the right side. When someone scans this QR Code, it opens the public feedback form link. When customers scan it they can choose directly where they would like to leave a review.
